About this Certification Program
This 8-hour virtual program equips participants with the skills to assess and build leader capabilities to improve performance and growth. The program includes interpreting and facilitating discussions with the following:
Growth Leader Assessments
Assess a leader’s Styles (personality/mindsets)
Assess a leader’s Strategies (skills/practices) at 5 different roles levels
Growth Leader .360
Assess leaders with 1 to unlimited stakeholder views on up to 9 growth leader capabilities
The certification program includes the following:
Pre-work
- Growth Leader Analytics online certification
- Complete the Growth Leader Assessment
Growth Leader Team Discovery workshop
2, 4-hour virtual sessions.
A Starter Pack of 2 free Produgie licenses enabling you to work with 2 leaders to:
- Gain individual insights from the Growth Leader Assessments
- Leverage insights into impact with the Growth Leader .Develop Report
Holders of this certification are entitled to:
- Use Growth Leader Assessments to help leaders develop and perform
- Purchase licenses from a Produgie distributor
- Access free online courses to use the Growth Leader Assessment to measure potential and make selection decisions
- View data online with appropriate endorsement from Buyer / Admin
